Dr C and nurse [...] have been outstanding during my entire journey.
I had a 3:00 appt and arrived 5 min early. Signed in and was taken back quickly. I sat in a windowless room for 2 HOURS before seeing the doctor!!! (this is fact as I was texting my wife so have exact times). I did see a Physician's Assistant along the way however. When the doctor did arrive there was no apology or explanation.
